About Doug

Doug is a licensed REALTOR® and a Tucson native who is active throughout both the business and philanthropic communities. His background includes a master’s degree in business and a successful career as a marketing and business development executive. Doug started his career in real estate in 2005 developing online tools for both home buyers/sellers and real estate agents. He later managed the data acquisition for the first ever map-based real estate search tool, HomePages.com. Currently, Doug has the privilege of leading the Tucson Living Realty team, a local division of the agent-owned cloud brokerage eXp Realty.

When Doug isn’t working he can be found spending time with friends and family, hiking in the mountains around Tucson, and volunteering in the community. Doug can also often be found helping lost and injured people as a 21-year member of the Southern Arizona Rescue Association and actively promoting the positive impacts of intentional kindness through the Ben's Bells Project.
