About Jeff

I injured my way into real estate! It took breaking my ankle, pretty terribly, to slow me down enough to change directions and get licensed as a REALTOR. Prior to being an agent, I had nearly two decades of experience in other areas complimenting real estate. 

I bought my first piece of real estate, a condo, at age 21, another single family home at 22. Then at age 24, I negotiated my way into restaurant ownership, where I earned experience with commercial leases, private financing, perseverance, negotiation, team building and hardwork.

After running my own businesses for awhile I went back to my focus on Real Estate and began doing major remodels. I bought some of the worst homes on the MLS and made them into masterpieces. I forced myself to learn nearly every trade involved in home construction and started a Handyman business. Today I currently own 7 homes and most recently added a 9 unit apartment building to our portfolio.  3 of our homes have been converted to short-term rentals on AirBnB and VRBO.   

Since becoming an agent, I immediately began sellign 40+ homes a year, earning awards and recognition along the way.  I was on the cover of a local realtor magazine and have been the number one agent in our office continuously.
